Disability Services

Disability Services (DS) provides services to students with disabilities to insure accessibility to university programs. DS offers accommodations counseling, evaluation referral, disability-related information, adaptive technology services, and  sign language interpreting services for academically related purposes.

Check Your Tests:

Current students already registered with Disability Services can check on the status of their scheduled exams


Quick Registration

Did you know that you can Quick Register online?  In order to be eligible for quick registration, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

  1. You must be classified by hours as a Sophomore (U2) or above.
  2. You must have been registered with Disability Services for at least two semesters, including last semester.
  3. You must request the same accommodations as you did last semester.

Students that do not meet these requirements should contact Disability Services for more information about the documentation review process. 

Instructor letters will be ready for pick-up three (3) business days from the date they are requested - OR - the first Friday of the semester, whichever date is later.


Important Dates for the Fall - 2009 Semester
Monday, August 17, 2009 DS Quick Registration opens for the Fall - 2009 Semester
Friday, October 16, 2009 Deadline to register with DS to be eligible for early course registration access
Friday, November 06, 2009 Last day to Q-drop or officially withdraw from the University
Thursday, November 19, 2009 Course enrollment early registration date for DS registered students
Friday, November 20, 2009 Last day to turn in documentation for receiving accommodations
for the Fall - 2009 semester
Wednesday, November 25, 2009 DS Quick Registration closes for the Fall - 2009 Semester
Friday, November 27, 2009 Last day to schedule or change final exams
Monday, January 11, 2010 DS Quick Registration opens for the Spring - 2010 Semester
